Returns:
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and labels.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Baby underwear
- Socks
- Opened hygiene-related items
Defective or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
